Creating your account on the Arts Midwest eGRANT
- Use the form below to create a login and password and provide several other details relevant to using eGRANT.
- Passwords must have a minimum of six (6) characters.
- If your organization created a login in password for a past funding cycle, please use that existing login. If you have forgotten your login, please contact us at performingartsfund@artsmidwest.org.
- When you have completed the form to your satisfaction, select Proceed at the bottom of the page to create your account.
- Note: Your login and password must be unique among those created by all users of eGRANT.
- If you have an eGRANT login and password for another Arts Midwest program (Midwest Arts Conference, Shakespeare in American Communities, The Big Read) or for other organizations, you will need to create a DIFFERENT login and password for the Conference eGRANT registration system.
- If the form does not accept your username, it means that that username has already been chosen by someone else. Try again using a different username.
Important Note:
DO NOT use non-alphabetic characters in your account names below. Do not use characters such as quotes, question marks, dashes, etc. If you do, your applications may not be processed correctly.
