2012-2013 Arts Midwest Touring Fund Application - closed

Applications were due April 11, 2012, by 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

All applicants will receive notification of award decisions in June 2012.

2011-2012 Performing Arts Fund Final Report

You must complete your Final Report within 30 days following the conclusion of your engagement. You will need to use the same login and password you created during the Application phase. If you can't remember your login and password, please contact us at touringfund@artsmidwest.org. 

Arts Midwest World Fest Final Report

Communities that have been selected as participants in Arts Midwest World Fest must submit a final report within 30 days of the end of each week-long residency. Arts Midwest has established a login and password specifically for these reports. If you can't remember your login and password, please contact Stephen at stephen@artsmidwest.org or 612.238.8016.
