2008-2009 PERFORMING ARTS FUND eGRANT FINAL REPORT -- For 2008-2009 grantees
You must complete your Final Report within 30 days following the conclusion of your engagement. You will need to use the same login and password you created during the Application phase. If you can't remember your login and password, please contact us at performingartsfund@artsmidwest.org.

2007-2009 ARTS MIDWEST WORLD FEST eGRANT FINAL REPORT -- Available for Participating Communities
Communities that have been selected as participants in the 2007-2009 Arts Midwest World Fest will be able to access an eGRANT Final Report. Arts Midwest has established a login and password specifically for these activities. If you need a reminder of this login and password, please contact Kat Duvic at 612.238.8016. A Final Report must be submitted within 30 days of the end of each week-long residency.

2009-2010 PERFORMING ARTS FUND eGRANT FINAL REPORT -- Coming in July!
